Ein Sof Meditation
Imagine yourself as Neo from this scene in The Matrix. This is the infinite light, the Ein Sof, The Kingdom, or in The Matrix film is referred to as The Construct. This is where you can go to heal and replenish yourself. Don't be fooled, the Ein Sof is for all beings. Ein Sof is a term from the Kabbalah, comparable to Taiji, Wuji, or Dao?

Air Cleaning
Upon inhalation imagine inhaling all of the air that is existent outside oneself. Imagine what is inhaled as bad. Now do the Ein Sof Meditation described above to cleanse or otherwise purify the air in the light. Upon exhalation imagine exhaling all of what was outside and what was inside, and imagine what is exhaled as good and clean.
Humans are to work in concert with the plants to scrub the air. The lungs are intelligent enough in and of themselves to absorb only what is needed and then to expel what is not.

Breathe Water Breathe Fire
Imagine being able to breathe under water. Your entire immediate area filled with water. Imagine simply being able to inhale and expell the water as you would the very air you are breathing.
Now try it with fire.
